projection is the term that is used when your astral body separates

your physical body
and travels the astral planes. This

experience or and obe

Would You Want to Have An Out Of Body Experience?
The
reason for having an obe vary
from person to person. This depends
on what they wish to accomplish.
For some proving to themselves that there
is an after life
is a good
reason. Not only can you witness
other realms
of
existence for yourself but
you can interact
with the
environment and the astral life
that you
meet. Others astral travel for adventure.
Forget about The Matrix.
You
can fly, float, teleport, eat, drink, have sex, etc. Some visit the
astral for spiritual
growth.
What better way to learn about
spirituality than visiting your true home? You
can communicate
clearly with
your higher self,
guardian angel or a
master in the astral.
Other
reasons that people induce obe's are visiting
dead loved
ones.
It's possible to visit anyone
that you were connected
with
in life that
has died. This alone can bring you an unspeakable amount of comfort
knowing that a deceased
loved
one is okay.
Especially if you meet up
with them and they tell you
for themselves. As
you can see there are plenty
of reasons
why people learn astral
projection techniques to have out of body
experiences.

techniques for inducing
out of body experiences. I will also be recommending someone who IMO is

is Robert Bruce aka Astral Bob?
Robert
Bruce is a guy who has studied astral
travel for years. He was
doing it naturally
as a child
and learn to induce astral
travel as a
young man. He has dedicated
his life to studying
the astral
and how it
works. One of his main focuses is teaching others
how to do
it correctly
and as easily
as
possible. Here

Astral
Projection Out Of Body Experience (OBE) tutorial.
1.
First it will help to relax
your physical body.
Either do an
exercise routine that you are comfortable with. or flex
and relax
each
muscle group multiple times until all
muscle groups are
relaxed.
2.
You can either do this step in a comfortable chair or laying down.
It works better for me if I am lying down. If you lay down don't fall
asleep. Meditate
until your mind is in a relaxed
state. The deeper into
"trance"
that you go the
better. Use whatever meditation you are
accustomed to. If you are new to meditation
and not sure how to go
about it then do a breath
meditation. Just breathe
deeply in and focus
on your breath feeling your stomach rise on the in breath and feeling
it fall on the exhale.
3.
The key to a successful
astral projection or obe is what is called mind awake and body asleep.
You will want to go into meditation trance
as deep as possible.
Once you are
deeply relaxed you will notice your
body feels heavy
or you may
feel a little dizzy
or disconnected
from
your body. You may experience a signal
letting you know
that you are ready
to exit.
Some
people hear noise
such as people
talking, screaming, knocking on
the door some form of commotion around them that isn't really there.
Sometimes you may experience what is known as the vibrational
state. This can
feel like a slight buzzing
in your body or it
can
be as intense
as feeling like
you body is vibrating so much that your
being electrocuted
but without any pain.
I experience heavy vibrations.
The first time it was so freaky
I felt like my body was shaking
uncontrollably fast. Some people may experience a lot of activity
with
their chest.
Like their heart
is racing
at an impossible speed. No need
to worry. You may think your
having a heart attack but your
heart is beating
normal.
Your heart chakra
is
activating and causing this
sensation.
4.
When you have experienced
one
of the exit
signals wait
for it to
come to an end.
This can feel
like a long time. if you haven't
felt any
exit signals not everyone gets them, but are deeply relaxed
it's time
for an exit technique.
I have had success
with the
"roll out
technique". When my body stops vibrating I simply try to physically roll out of
bed or roll over in bed. You don't
just imagine
rolling over you physically
try to. If your body is in a deep enough trance
then it's
asleep so it isn't going to move. Your energy body can
at this point though. After your out have fun.
Try to keep
your first
few experiences
short. 10 to 20
seconds. The longer
your out
the
more likely your mind will follow
your body to sleep
and you
will forget
the
experience.
There
are various
other
exit techniques used for out of body
experiences. Another is to imagine
and feel
yourself
climbing a rope.
Imagine yourself floating
up
or imagine
yourself blasting off
fast like
a rocket.
They all serve the
same purpose. To get your energy body
out
of your physical
body.
Experiment with these techniques but remember
you need to do
these when you
are
relaxed enough for
your energy
body
to come
out. You have
to either wait
for an exit signal
or feel that
you are deeply relaxed and then it's time to apply an exit technique.
